The National Park Service is readying a new online resource that will list trails, activities and other park experiences that are accessible to people who rely on wheelchairs. The web link for the program is expected to become available in September. Organizers in Killington, Vermont, also hope to complete a project relocating part of the Appalachian Trail this fall.
