Autism - Sleeping and the importance of routines


If you speak with other parents that have a child with autism, one thing that comes up is if your child is "sleeping through the night?", or not. There doesn't seem to be a normal pattern that fits most children with an ASD, just that usually there are some issues with proper rest and the time of the day that it occurs.
