Walpole author- "My Sister, Alicia May"

The Boston Globe covers the wonderful story behind the story of a new children's book - My Sister, Alicia May - written be Nancy Tupper Ling.
Nancy Tupper Ling is a poet and author that wrote Our Fragile Emmissary, after her friend gave birth to a child with Down syndrome. She has used this poem as a basis for a children's book and has written My Sister, Alicia May which examines the lives of two real sisters, one of whom has special needs.

Do you know of any good children's books discussing siblings with disabilities? What are your favorites and why?
