This is a great website that caters to young wheelchair users as well as their parents. For the kids, there is a "Kids on Wheels" magazine where kids contribute many of the articles. Also, there is an advice column where the questions are answered by a young adult who also has a disability. Examples of some of the questions recently answered: "How do I respond to people always calling me inspirational when I'm just doing every day things?", "I've been teased before but now the teasing is getting worse, what should I do?". There also is a message board for the kids. The Adult/Parent section helps parents connect with other parents. It is a place to ask questions, give advice and find available resources.
